Refund Policy

7-Day Refund Window

We offer a 7-day refund window for D/Lite PRO purchases. If you're not satisfied with our product, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. This applies to both one-time purchases and subscriptions.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portion of the subscription period

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day window, please email us at farmingmelody@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for purchase
  • Reason for refund (optional but appreciated)

Refund Process

Once we receive your eligible refund request:

  • We will process your refund within 1-3 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Your PRO license will be deactivated upon refund processing

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of:

  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window
  • Evidence of fraud or abuse
  • Multiple previous refunds from the same customer
